DenuoFlash: The Wizard is Back

While this photo may more closely resemble an enraged Christian Bale, as seen in “American Psycho,” this is actually a telling college photo of our good friend and colleague Tim Harris, who has recently re-joined the ranks of Denuo as senior vice president.
While no stranger to the agency – he was one of the founders after all – Tim will focus on the development and promotion of new Denuo products and services. He will also work with Denuo clients to help them better understand and interpret the changing, modern marketplace.
As a founding member of Denuo, Tim helped build our unique plug-and-play operating model that allows us to openly collaborate with the best talent and agency resources around. He also co-founded the agency’s best-in-class gaming expertise when he launched the once standalone unit Play, the industry’s first and most recognized agency unit dedicated to leveraging videogames as a consumer contact medium.
I’m guessing to say we’re glad to have him back is an understatement. Here’s a look at what some of his Denuo colleagues are saying about him and his return:
Rishad Tobaccowala: Tim is as effervescent, enthusiastic and energetic as anybody I have ever met. He reminds me of a shiny bouncy bubble. But unlike a bubble he is rock solid talent from top to toe.
Saneel Radia: Launch. Starcom IP. MTN (shiver). Play. McD’s. Beer Run. Denuo. PVNF4. Caddy Elite. 7Lights. Denuo. And we’re just starting? WIN.
Eric Bee: Not only will he wow you with his smarts, he also makes a terrific motorcycle sidecar passenger.
John Rafferty: Media, gaming, advertising, future of communications navigating genius who drives a moped but can’t pass a DMV written motorcycle exam.
Courtney Acuff: I heart the return of Tim; I’ve missed having the wizard in my life on a consistent basis.
Caroline Chen: My biggest cheerleader in paper football. And yet I failed him. He had to pay $20 to Saneel. I am morally and fiscally indebted to Tim Harris.
Matt Gibbs: His 2nd stint at Denuo better be as successful as Jordan’s 2nd stint with the Bulls.
John Durbin: I sat down the hall from him when I started but never met him. I’ve heard a lot about him since then. Can’t wait to see the man in action.
Anisha Ahluwalia: Tim Harris, True Hollywood Story: a gambling, scooter-riding vigilante at heart who has successfully kept his kids off the pole (so far).
Mary DeBrunner: Founder of everything. Drinks Patron shots and fake threatens everyone (“I will kill you”), but quite possibly one of the smartest/funniest/nicest people around.
Sarah Chiappetta: Saneel’s work bestie and, by proxy, bestie to Benny.
Matt Story: He is the only guy that made me ever want to be nerdier. I look forward to the continued inspiration.
